In the Official Register No. 64, dated June 20, 2025, resolution number ARCOM-003/25 was published, through which it was established a supervision and control fee for the Mining Regulation and Control Agency – ARCOM, which must be paid by the holders of mining rights, on a semi-annual basis for medium-sized mining, large-scale mining and commercialization licenses; and, on an annual basis, for small-scale mining. The payment will be made with a cut-off until June 30 and collected until July 31; and with a cut-off date of December 31 and collected until January 31 of the following year.
The calculation of the value to be paid by each holder will be carried out in accordance with the mechanism established in Annex 1, which is reproduced below:
