Marcia is a Certified Public Accountant whose career has focused on leading comprehensive accounting processes in companies across a wide range of sectors, including commercial, industrial, educational, and services. She specializes in the preparation of financial statements, financial analysis, tax management, payroll, and regulatory compliance before oversight entities. As a tax advisor, she delivers accuracy and reliability in every review and analysis of tax information for the different economic groups that make up our client portfolio, standing out for her technical rigor, discipline, and precision.
Experience
Marcia has held key positions such as Accountant, Head of Accounting, and External Auditor in goods and services companies, consolidating both a strategic and operational vision of corporate accounting. This experience strengthens her consulting approach, enabling her to provide accurate and reliable support in analysis and review processes.
Extensive experience in tax filing and settlement, preparation and submission of tax annexes, and management of labor-legal processes such as employment contracts and termination agreements.
Payroll management, including calculation of pay slips, settlements, income tax under employment relationships, updates with the Ecuadorian Social Security Institute (IESS), filings before the Ministry of Labor, and actuarial-related documentation.
