By means of resolution number ARCOM-ARCOM-2025-0028-R, the Mining Regulation and Control Agency – ARCOM, issued the Regulation for the collection of the ARCOM Supervision and Control Fee.
FREQUENCY OF PAYMENT OF THE FEE
For medium-sized mining, large-scale mining and commercialization licenses:
- Semi-annually – 2 payments in the year
- First cut: June 30
- First collection: Until July 31
- Second cut: December 31
- Second collection: Until January 31
For small-scale mining and general regime
- Annually: 1 single payment in the year.
- Annual cut-off: December 31
- Annual collection: Until January 31
NOTIFICATION SCHEDULE
ARCOM will notify mining title holders to the email registered in the Mining Management System (SGM) or by other means determined by the Agency. The first notification will be made between 1 and 5 of July/January; and, the second notification in case of not receiving the payment, between 10 and 15 July/January. This notification will include the form for the payment of the fee.
CALCULATION OF THE VALUE TO BE PAID
The calculation for the amount to be paid will be generated automatically by means of a mathematical calculation carried out by the SGM.
BANK ACCOUNT FOR PAYMENT
Mining title holders must make payment to the following bank account:
- ARCOM
- RUC: 1798194883001
- Banco del Pacífico checking account No. 8399182
PAYMENT NOTIFICATION
Once the payment has been made, a letter must be submitted to the corresponding District Directorate of the ARCOM, detailing the following:
- Billing data
- Proof of filing to SGM
- Fee Payment Form
- Original deposit or transfer
PROCEDURE FOR NON-PAYMENT
For non-payment, ARCOM will initiate the coercive process in accordance with the provisions of the Organic Administrative Code.
SETTLEMENT CORRESPONDING TO 2025
For the period of the year 2025, the settlement of the amount to be paid will be carried out, in proportion to the time elapsed since the entry into force of Resolution No. ARCOM-003/25 of 31 May 2025.
