Meet Omar:

Omar has worked for the firm Tributum Consultores as a semi-senior lawyer, later for the firm Taxfirm and finally for Moore Tax Firm, where he served as a senior consultant.

Omar has focused his practice on the field of Corporate Law, providing advice to national and foreign companies, in the fields of Corporate, Labor, Social Security, Civil Law, among others.

He has taken courses, certifications, updates, in his search to continue training in the field of litigation, mainly in civil and labor areas.

• Omar has distinguished himself by looking for fast, effective and efficient solutions to the different problems that arise in the day-to-day regular operations of companies.

• Throughout his career, he managed complex spin-offs of companies in the agribusiness sector, an area characterized by its dynamism and particularities. Facing and overcoming significant challenges, such as the differing positions of the shareholders of the involved companies. Thanks to advanced skills in negotiation and mediation, she was able to reconcile divergent interests, ensuring fair and sustainable outcomes for all parties involved.
