Meet Santiago:

Santiago has consolidated his experience in the legal field through daily practice of the law; research, study, and the continuous development of legal practice are the pillars that support his professional activity.

His first steps in the legal field were focused on procedural issues (knowledge trials, enforcement, execution and voluntary proceedings), as well as consulting and improvement of real estate title deeds. These experiences have allowed him to have a solid foundation to provide effective and quality advice in these areas.

Additionally, his experience is focused in the area of tax and corporate law, which allows him to have extensive knowledge to define clear and effective strategies to solve the needs of our clients.

He has focused on the following areas of law:

Representation of clients in administrative proceedings before tax authorities and in tax litigation, before courts.

Advanced skills in specific legal research on tax issues and in the critical analysis of case law and tax precedents.

Advice and assistance in the purchase, sale and lease of commercial and residential real estate.

Drafting, reviewing and negotiating of purchase and sale agreements, leases, options, mortgage financing, among others.

Developing strategies to minimize the tax burden of real estate transactions and ownership structures.
