Meet Daniela:

Daniela is an attorney with experience in alternative dispute resolution methods such as arbitration and mediation. During her professional career, she has served as part of the defense team of large companies, both in international and national arbitration processes. She has also provided accompaniment as a lawyer in mediation processes to different clients. In arbitration matters, Daniela also served as arbitration secretary at the Quito Chamber of Commerce (CCQ).

Apart from her knowledge and experience in alternative dispute resolution methods, she also has her practice in intellectual property. In this area, she has served as an advisor in litigation proceedings at the different authorities in charge of the matter. She has also advised several clients in the process of trademark registration and modification.
