Ana is an attorney with experience in providing comprehensive solutions and guidance in the areas of Corporate Law, Tax Law, Immigration, and Litigation. Experience

  • In the area of Litigation, she participates in the preparation of claims and in the follow-up of judicial proceedings in civil, tax litigation, and administrative matters. She has experience drafting procedural documents and managing case files at different judicial levels. Her training in international arbitration strengthens her ability to address disputes through both judicial and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
 
  • In the tax field, she advises taxpayers on compliance with their tax obligations and on the defense of their rights before the Tax Administration. Her experience includes tax assessment proceedings, tax refund requests, and deregistration of tax obligations, while remaining constantly up to date with current regulations in order to provide preventive solutions that mitigate exposure to penalties before the Tax Administration.
 
  • As part of the Corporate area, she has experience handling corporate matters across all stages of the life cycle of companies and business entities. Her work includes advising on the incorporation and transformation of companies, as well as implementing complex bylaw reforms and capital increase processes that support the growth and adaptability of business structures.
 
  • In the area of Immigration, her practice focuses on managing and resolving highly complex visa processes. She advises foreign nationals on immigration matters in Ecuador, with experience in the processing of visas, temporary and permanent residency, as well as immigration regularization procedures.

    Her work ranges from strategic guidance in obtaining temporary and permanent residency to the implementation of regularization procedures under specialized categories. She focuses on ensuring that each client has solid legal support, facilitating their legal and administrative integration through meticulous follow-up of each case file before the competent immigration authorities.
