Meet Carolina:

Carolina is a lawyer specializing in Corporate Law and Intellectual Property. Throughout her professional career, she has worked in law firms and companies from various sectors, allowing her to develop a comprehensive understanding of corporate law and its diverse applications.

She began her career in 2018, providing legal advice on labor, corporate, tax, and intellectual property matters at Surtrek and other affiliated companies. Later, in 2019, she joined the law firm Benalcázar Abogados, focusing on labor, corporate, and civil procedural law matters.

In 2021, she became a junior lawyer at Campana y Compañía Abogados, where she worked on mining, oil, corporate, and labor issues. Since 2022, she has been part of Barzallo Abogados, advising companies in the banking, retail, and digital sectors, as well as collective management entities, on copyright law, personal data protection, and technology law.

Her expertise in drafting lawsuits, company incorporation, and legal advisory services in personal data protection and intellectual property, particularly in key sectors such as retail and business law, has established her as a highly skilled professional in her field.
