María Mercedes has experience in the corporate field, providing advice and support to the internal team in processes such as the incorporation of companies, increase or decrease of capital, transfer of shares or stock, transformation of companies, registration of foreign branches, dissolution and cancellation of companies or foreign branches, amendment of bylaws, among others, according to the client’s analysis.

She has experience in the field of national immigration law, advising the client in a focused and personalized manner, according to the needs raised and adjusted to the applicable norm, obtaining as a result the migratory stability of the client, which allows the complete development of their activities within the Ecuadorian territory.

She assists the mining law team, advising national or foreign companies in contracting processes, obtaining licenses, permits and authorizations in order for them to carry out mining in compliance with regulations and paperwork before public institutions, as well as environmental advice for damage prevention.

She has experience in the drafting of labor, civil or commercial contracts, providing comprehensive advice in the face of execution, non-compliance or termination scenarios, proposing the best strategy for conflict resolution.
