Meet Gabriela:

Gabriela focuses her practice on the departments of Litigation and Arbitration, Tax Law and Public Law.

She has represented clients from various industries in local and international arbitrations under UNCITRAL, ICC, the Quito Chamber of Commerce and Guayaquil Chamber of Commerce rules. She has extensive experience in her practice in the field of ordinary justice in civil trials, tax litigation and constitutional proceedings.

Additionally, she advises our clients to optimize their tax burden in a legal and efficient manner. Gabriela is also in charge of representing her clients in administrative and judicial proceedings before the tax authorities, defending their interests in accordance with tax regulations.

She is arbitration secretary of the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the Quito Chamber of Commerce.
